Great recipes for breakfast, beverages, bread, rolls, cakes, frostings, casseroles, pasta, cookies, bars, ethnic cooking, fish, poultry, meat, pies, desserts, candy, sauces, jam, syrup, dips, appetizers, soups, salads, vegetables, pickles, and hints for homemakers. Recipes have the first & last name of the person who submitted it. The ethnic section of recipes is on pages 49 - 58. There are German, Finnish, Chinese, Norwegian, Swedish, Italian, Greek, Israeli, Polish, and Slovenian recipes. The Slovenian ones are the Poticas (coffee cakes). Cookbook is in very good, previously owned condition. No handwriting, markings or highlighting in the book. Overall very clean; there are some small stains. Minor shelf wear on the cover; some wear along the edges & corners, couple of small crease lines near the corners & a few small stains on the cover. No pages are loose, torn, folded, dog-eared or missing. No smell or odor. Payment is due within 3 days of auction closing.
