Description: If memory serves us correctly, the 2.25" cello button of this was originally produced as one of the myriad, anti-President Ronald Reagan pins made during his 1984 re-election campaign. This one was by "Uncle Mitch" up in Michigan about the president's former film career and one "B" example in particular. But, since the pin was such a great seller among liberal democrats and, even though Reagan absolutely clobbered his democrat opponent, Walter Mondale in the election, being the astute marketer he was, while also happy to take more money out of those greedy-bastard republican's hands, he figured he could also make a ton on the design the following year. This was accomplished simply by adding a 2" x 5.5" fabric ribbon commemorating Reagan's January 21st Inauguration, (because the 20th fell on a Sunday), in special observation of it being the 50th in our history. Which proves, once again, that democrat-socialists can be quite mercenary when it comes to money for themselves, but they will never admit, publicly, to being capitalists at their core. But others see it- having privately laughed at them for years for convenient standards. This is in nice condition but please enlarge our images and judge this for yourself so that you can be happy with your purchase.
