Description: 1982-1983 Hutch Pro Racer BMX Bike. This is my personal bike that i built 41 years ago. i can speak about every piece on the bike. Hutch Pro Racer Frame that i bought in 1982-1983 from an ad in BMX plus magazine. The forks were unavailable at the time, out of stock. i asked for alternative forks and was told the best fit would be a Tange Trx. Inpatient as a 13 year old i opted for the Tange Trx forks. Parts are CW bars ( i'm 6'2" and at the time was tall for a 13 year old), diamond back neck, tuf-neck seat clamp, one piece ACS Stoker uniseat, Araya 7X rims, snake belly tires (shot 41 years old), Maxycross 3 piece cranks, KKT lightning pedals, Diacompe front brake (Rear Diacompe brake disappeared) and one Handle bar pad California light pad Johar (Johar frame and neck pads did not survive). Added some new pads Hutch BMX handle bar pad, neck pad, and frame pad. All parts are period correct early 1980's. i always favored blue but at that time the HUTCH colors were chrome and black even though the uniform colors were Red White and Blue. My other listing on ebay is a 2013 HUTCH Pro Racer frame forks and bar i bought (30 years later) for my son but he did not share my interest.i will ship internationally. i don't think the shipping costs are correct so contact me for specific costs to your location.
