Description: This 1979 Pontiac Trans Am 800 cfm Quadrajet was completely rebuilt by Thomas High Performance Carburetors. New parts include float, needle and seat, accelerator pump, gaskets, seals, electric choke, secondary cam, adjustable APT, choke pull off, bronze throttle shaft bushings. It has been recalibrated for more performance from stock or modified 403 or 400 engines. We've been building high performance Quadrajets for over 50 years. Note: we can convert the choke back to hot air type if the buyer wants that. Check the photos to make sure this carb will fit your application.
