Description: Complete but it has three issues. The hood is broken at the hinge but the mechanism to open still works. The seat doesn't lock into place so I think it has damaged tabs, and the black of one seat has a broken peg. The front bottom wheel doesn't stay out when the speeder is placed down otherwise the mechanism works. Comes as shown. Please see pictures for the condition and the exact item you will be receiving.
