Description: 1977 Japanese Ibanez Super 70's Les Paul - not an official "Lawsuit" era guitar because the headstock had been changed from the Gibson open book headstock design to the one you see on this guitar but still pretty awesome. This was a players guitar and not a museum piece. It has been played and shows signs of wear.At some point the hardware was changed. I am not sure what kind of tuners they are but it is a Gotoh bridge and ST (made in Japan) bridge. With regards to the bridge, it looks like the original post were pulled out leaving some chipping.The pickups are original.All of the metal parts have oxidation.The back of the guitar has some scuffing and light buckle rash. There are also a few other chips, dings, bumps and bruises that I have tried to show in the pictures.It will need new strings and a setup.The guitar comes with a newer TKL hardshell case.
