Description: Dated 1975 this is a beautiful condition Kojak Board Game with unused contents. The cardboard buildings stored underneath do not appear to have been sealed in plastic like the other game components. They have not been used because the little tabs are still intact that need to be punched out to put the buildings together. There is a loose set of instructions that talk about playing the game. There may be a separate paper inside one of the sealed packages that indicates the playing components and how to put together and place the buildings. The board shows a place for four buildings and there are 4 buildings. 2 of the buildings are made up of 2 sections thus there are 6 building pieces. The buildings are pictured on the front of the box so it should be a no brainer to assemble them if no instructions are included for assembly. Everything about this game is mint.
