Illustrated with a frontispiece. Lees-Milne was an English writer, and an expert on country houses, working for the National Trust from 1936 to 1973. CONDITION In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. A small amount of bumping to the head and tail of the spine. A couple of spots to the fore edge. Dustwrapper with some discolouration and marks, and minor edge wear. A few light spots to the reverse of the dustwrapper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
