Description: I just had the pleasure (sadly), of being the first person to see the incredible game collection of a gentleman from NE PA. He was a lifetime game player/collector. Unfortunately, he very recently passed away leaving his wife to deal with several rooms in their house, full of board games. I will be listing the games I purchased here on eBay over the next several weeks and months. He kept everything in amazing condition. Most games are complete and unplayed, some are sealed, and some have been carefully played. He went so far as to make his own pieces, cards, and/or counters, in some cases, to keep the game in pristine condition. I will do my best to describe the condition and note any issues on these rarer games. This is the 1974 Waddington's House of Games Land Grab game. This game is unplayed and complete. The Parts are still sealed and the top of the box has it's shrink wrap. It is in mint condition. Thank you for looking.
