The high speed message was a product of a major communications complex pieced together in suburban Hales Corners, Wisconsin. It was assembled after William Eisner & Associates, Incorporated, a large advertising and public relations agency, completed a major expansion of facilities at 9415 West forest Home Avenue. The three story addition to the agency quarters completed a few years ago increased the size of the communications center by 280% to more than 25,000 square feet, according to William Eisner, founder and president of the firm which bills for between $4 million and $6 million worth of services each year.Photo measures 8.25 x 10.25inches.
