The 11 story building, designed by architect Ralph Brice of Whittington-Brice, will house 51 residences and will include a pool, sauna, community room and complete security system. Construction is begin later this year with a completion date of October 1974, according o Jim Cogdell of Cogdell Associates and Dan Turner of Turner Properties who are joint venturing the residences.
