Description: James Beard's American Cookery paperback cookbook that was published in 1972. I would consider the book to be in very good condition for its age. It shows very few signs of use. The inside pages are all clean with no fading or damage and there is no writing in the book. Both covers do have some slight stains / marks and there are a few spots on the front pages and back pages, but pages inside are clean and free of any stains.
