On the pole is Mark Donohue (winner) in the #66 Sunoco Special and rounding out the front row are Al and Bobby Unser in the #1 and #2. Mario Andretti in the #5 is middle second row with A.J. Foyt in the #9 behind him. Lots of cars can be identified as numbers are visible on the first half of the group and Pocono International Raceway is clearly visible on retaining wall. This was made from Haschel's original 4" x 5" negative taken with his Speed graphic camera. Taken by former auto racing photographer C V Haschel. Considered one of auto racing's top photographers in the 1950's, 60's, and 70's, his photos appeared in every major auto racing publication including Racing Pictorial and USAC Yearbooks.
