The Howe photo is pretty much mint and the Scott Young first page is well worn with wrinkles and a very small tear at the top left. Not all photos have the Toronto Sun logo. The binder is completely intact with retaining bar and both clips. The photos are quite fragile, printed on thin paper, and measure approximately 5" by 7".
