Description: This vintage Yamaha CR-640 stereo receiver is a great find for collectors of audio equipment. With its natural sound and made-in-Japan quality, this unit is sure to impress. However, please note that this unit is not currently working and does not produce any sound. It is being sold as-is, and would make a great addition to any vintage audio collection. The receiver is not working, no sound comes out of speakers or headphone jack although a click of the relay can be heard upon power up. This was to be a project for me to fix, but it is taking up too much space and I do not have time for it. It is in somewhat rough condition. Rust on the bottom of unit and scuffs and scratches, some of the dial covers have scratches or are falling off. Please analyze all photos before purchasing.
