Within this issue dated December 28/1968/January 11, 1969, I found a larger foldout poster attached (which I removed) - having never come across this before. The Sister Corita anti-war poster is approx. 20" x 26" and does have some splitting along some of the folds which - if framed - should not be visible. Going to my inventory on my magazine website, I checked all five of the other copies I have on hand - and all never had a poster, and all were subscription copies. Examining this cover more, I discovered that it was a newsstand copy, and once had a paper promotional tag attached to the left edge of the cover (see remnant of that tag in photo), probably alerting the potential buyer to the poster insert.I've found only one other copy of this particular poster online (at Worthpoint), without any value attached. I cannot find any mention of this issue's poster anywhere online either. No other copy on Ebay (I see 2 or 3 newsstand copies and about 20 subscription) mentions a poster, and I see one of the newsstand copies also has a mark on the left side of the cover and remnants of glue that held that promotional tag. Thus I'm calling this truly scarce. Due to cheap subscriptions then offered, only about 5-10% of an issues sales came from the newsstand. However, i'm not even sure that it was offered in all newsstand copies, or just in certain regional editions.And one other related note - as I'm a "magazine guy" - this was the 3rd to last issue published of the regular magazine, now down to bi-weekly publication - the last being the February 8, 1969 issue.
