Miami, Florida. This blue Volvo station wagon with Massachusetts license tags and the small boat at left are parked in the garage under the Miami Federal Bureau of Investigation headquarters. They were abandoned by two men who dropped a suitcase containing an estimated $500,000 near downtown Miami today.
