Description: 1968 Harley Davidson SS 350 Sprint in a great color combination of Black with Black Wrinkle Stripe which I believe is original. This an absolutely beautiful numbers matching sprint in excellent condition. It does have the one dent on the right side of the original gas tank that I point out in one of the last photos but other than that the bike is in mint condition especially for a 56 year old motorcycle. It is absolutely beautiful. About 4 years ago it underwent a complete restoration and at that time all the mechanics gone through the frame was painted, new tires and shocks, new cables, powder coated the rims and rebuilt the wheels and brakes, all of the aluminum is beautifully polished. I bought this from the gentleman that restored it and at that time had big plans on riding it and taking it to a few events I do every year and it just didn't happen like I thought it would. I only ended up riding it a couple times around my yard and neighborhood and then it lived in my garage where the photos were taken for the next 2 years. I had been thinking about selling if for a while now then last week I got on a cleaning out the shop kick and decided it was crazy to keep this here not getting ridden and let it go to someone that can actually use it and I could use the space its taking up. The video I posted was taken when I bought 3-4 years ago it was the only video I had of it so thought I should include it. It has been sitting for approximately 2yrs. so it will need a new battery and fresh gas. The photos were taken yesterday. I decided to sell it as is and wanted to do it somewhat quick so I would not change my mind as I really do love it but just not using it and thought if I got new battery in it rode it again I would end up talking myself out of selling it. It has a clean clear open South Carolina title that I included a photo of the front in back for you to see in the listing in the last couple of photos in the previous owners name. I never registered it because I never really rode it and did not need a tag for it. If that's any issue for you just pass on it. If you have the bike shipped to you and do not pick up in person I will next day air the title to you if you pick it up I'll obviously hand it to you. Please view all of the photos very carefully for the exact condition and exactly what you are getting. *Also please take note I am not versed at all in Sprints, I was told this was a 350cc I never thought about it again until today when I went to list it and I went to list it as a 350 and I wanted to double check so I did some quick research to verify and could not find much information or photos of 250's vs 350's I found a post on a Sprint page that said that the 350's engine case numbers were located on the front left and that is where this one’s engine case vin number is located but determine for yourself if it matters to you as I am sure you know more than me if you you are looking at this or are an enthusiast of them. I have always loved them and this is my second one but do not know the nuances and differences of the models. It appears as if 4150 350 SS models were produced in 1968. If you happen to need any additional photos to help you see any area better just let me know exactly what you need and I will get them for you.
