Description: Robert Kennedy was assassinated in the kitchen area of the Los Angeles Ambassador Hotel on the night he won the June 4, 1968 California Democratic Presidential Primary. After having just finished his speech and, while exiting the hotel, he was shot. He died early in the morning of June 6. Bobby may have been on the way towards the White House if Sirhan Sirhan hadn't killed him - and that man is actually still alive in a California jail. Which proves that the state has been a loony bin for decades. This is an 8.5" x 10.75" single sheet paper flier promoting RFK during the democrat presidential primaries. It has the Washington D.C. national headquarters disclaimer on the back, so it wasn't specific to any state. RFK material has gained much added interest this year since his eldest son - and namesake - is also running for president over a half-century later.
