The 1966 date looks like 1900, because the tails on the 6 is a light strike. The obverse depicts him in a nice raised bust facing his left. The reverse has a scene of some immigrants coming by the Statue in a New YOrk Harbor scene. Listed in Gabriel as G7-19 and Lajoie as L7-26.
