Anchorage, Alaska -- Migeley Kelly, 53, an Eskimo hunter of the Bristol Bay village of Egegik, is helped from an airplane by an unidentified Coast Guardsman on his arrival in Anchorage yesterday. He was flown from Kodiak after an Air Force helicopter plucked him from a drifting ice floe 40 miles off the coast of the Alaska Peninsula. He and fellow hunters were crossing the ice near his home village 400 miles southwest of here, when the ice broke and he was stranded 15 hours in stormy weather.
