Billy Wayne Sinclair (right), 21, who escaped from the Baton Rouge jail September 26, returns from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, where he was captured Saturday night after a holdup in Pine Bluff, in the custody of Major J.B. Kling of the East Baton Rouge Parish sheriff's office. Sinclair, who was awaiting an appeal in the holdup-killing of a grocery store operator last December, and two other convicts escaped after sawing for two weeks on an air-condition vent. Sinclair was flown back to Baton Rouge by Major Kling and Sheriff Bryan Clemmons. Photo measures 8 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 10-4-1966.
