Description: I got this in a parts swap. It's from a 1965 Mustang 289 4 barrel. Along with the T-10 I also got the 1965 289 factory cast 4 Barrel intake with a similar date code which will be listed in separately. The numbers as seen in pics are T-10 H1 Tail shaft # T-10H-7B. Date code K204 (August 20 1964). Case and tail shaft are cast iron. The shafts rotate freely and all gears engage by putting wrench on shafts. I did not see any damage on internal gear teeth. I drained oil and did not see any metallic particles. The front input has 10 teeth and 1 groove. I don't know what gear ratio is, if anyone could tell me how to determine I would appreciate it. You know now as much about the Transmission as I do. This is 59 year old transmission that I have never seen operate therefore I'm selling used '"as is for parts or repair"
