Description: A very rare 1964 Topps Venezuelan baseball card. The Topps Venezuela cards on the PSA & SGC population reports are graded at only a fraction of what the common United States Topps cards are. The Venezuela cards were issued on a cruder cardboard and have virtually no gloss. The card has the classic Topps Venezuela black back. The card has some toning or browning and some spots or stains. The card has scratches and chipping and the card has creases. The card is warped and has some edge wear. The card has glue and bits of paper stuck on the back. Topps issued cards in Venezuela because it was a hot bed for baseball talent and they only issued the cards in 1959,60,62,64,66,67 and 68 and most collectors did not know they were ever issued, they are very RARE.
