Description: 1964 hardcover first edition published by Doubleday & Co. I'm not sure what was the problem with the athletes of the 1960s, instead of drug-filled tell all books they actually wrote about such useless things like courage. That is sarcasm of course. 185 pages, it's not illustrated but does have it's illustrated dustjacket. The main fault with the book is that it is ex-libris so has card envelopes front and back and a stamp from the library here and there. This will be more clear than the digital photo shows. The high bidder is to pay for the media rate postage, ebay calculates that for you, international shipping will be much more, sorry but the P.O. drastically increased postage for international packages. We will combine listings to save on shipping. Thanks for looking and GOOD LUCK! Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution
