Description: Original Ford USA Made Air Cleaner Snorkel for a 1964 1/2 1965 1966 Ford Mustang. It was cut at the factory to clear the reinforcing bar on the convertible V8 260 and 289 Cars. There is no flapper inside. My guess it was chemically cleaned at some point, which destroys the spring inside and the flapper plate falls out. So this is a cosmetic make the air cleaner assembly complete and not a functional snorkel.
