Description: Hi folks, up for sale is a 1962 J.C.Penney's Penncrest Mdl.1132 by Toshiba six transistor radio in Blue, made in Japan. This radio is now about 63 years old. This rare classic is in good working condition and it works just as good as it looks. The grill is very shiny and the Blue plastic has no chips or cracks only the requisite minor scratches for a radio of this age. It is a horizontal with nice civil defense marks on the dial. The chassis is very clean and it still has a very good original battery clip and card. This is a unique and rare Penncrest/Toshiba in Blue, made in Japan during the great CD mark era. It has been electronically serviced and is sensitive with loud volume. I will ship it with a fresh Alkaline battery so you can enjoy it right away. A true vintage Japanese 6 transistor radio classic that is very hard to find in Blue and in this condition. A good addition to your transistor radio collection.
