1962 TOPPS BASEBALL NEAR COMPLETE SET (555/598) PSA STARS MANTLE + HIGHs EX+++!!

Description: VERY NICE 1962 TOPPS BASEBALL CARD NEAR COMPLETE SET (555/598). TONS OF STARS AND HALL OF FAMERS INCLUDING 4 PSA GRADED MAJOR STARS + HIGH NUMBERS! Overall I would call it a SOLID EX/EX+ ( in MY OPINION, yours may vary), perhaps closer to EX+. Lots of variation from mostly VGEX to NRMT+ with the majority in the EX range. I would say about 40% of the set is EX or better cards, a large amount of those being crisp, almost pack fresh cards with the usual 62 centering issues. The rest is a combination of VGEX ones due to the tough brown borders, with the occasional one below VG. All in all it shows very nicely! High numbers overall VGEX on average. MAJOR STARS GRADE AS FOLLOWS: Maris PSA 2 (ridiculous grading, easily VGEX, corner wear with tiny corner wrinkle on back) Clemente PSA 3 (another grossly undergraded card, easily a 4 or 4.5, corner wear only) Mantle Manager's Dream VG- (corner wear, crease down the middle, print spots on back) Perry RC appears EXMT+/NRMT (centered!, small indentation by his nose) Mantle #200 PSA 3 (fairly well centered!, could easily have been a PSA 4 or better, corner wear only) Torre RC EX+ (corner wear only) Mays VG/VG+ (centered!, corner wear, two creases by upper right) Brock RC PSA 1.5 (grossly undergraded, easily a 4 to 4.5, corner wear, surface crease on back) Mantle Switch Hitter #318 VG/VG+ (corner wear only, no creases, tiny hairline wrinkle) Mantle AS VG- (corner wear, light pen mark on front and back, no creases) Yaztrzemski VGEX (sharp corners, creasing) Rest of cards follow suit more or less. LOTS of sharper looking ones. Overall MID-HIGHER GRADE displayed in nice clear sheets. Sold with NO album. Please look at pictures and you'll see for yourself. Priced very reasonable for a collector.
