He began as an amateur but rapidly moved into the ranks of the well established commercial world of his day. He opened many branches throughout Canada and the US. He was an active member of the fine arts photographic community as well and published many articles in the period publications. His accomplishments are far to numerous to note here. He died suddenly of pneumonia in 1891 with his son William continuing the business. Please look closely at all the pictures for condition. Verify they are what you want and are looking for prior to purchasing. There are NO warranties, NO guarantees, and NO returns. If you have any questions, please email me. Thanks!Note:I am no way an expert at these prints. I purchased them at an estate sale. I have tried to research them as much as I could, but again I am no expert. They are very cool and would look awesome matted / framed and hung on the wall.
