We are not liable for grade assigned to a card by a third party grading service. You are purchasing the card in the grade. Graded card cases: If there is anything other than minor nicks and scratches (most graded card cases have scratches) we will disclose it in the title. If you decide to return a graded card because of "damage" to the case and there is not significant damage you will be blocked from future purchases. Raw or Ungraded Cards: Please note for raw cards we are operating a consignment business. We do not review cards for grading and make no representations as to the grade a card may receive if submitted to a third party grading service. For modern cards 2010 and newer please expect all cards to be in Near Mint condition (7 Grade PSA/BGS/SGC) or better . Major issues like dents, nail indentations or bent corners will be disclosed.
