Made of a 1960's sturdy thick walled plastic of the era, the 7 inch tall, hand painted face detailed, gold colored angel, carries an accordion in her two hands. She "stands" on a round wooden platform that is twisted to wind up the musical activation, playing the classic baby tune "go to sleep". Possibly made in Japan, which was the importing provider of these hand painted treasures during the 1950's,60's/early 70's. Works fine, no cracks, repairs or current excessive wear.
