Description: This is vintage Soviet automatic watch Rodina produced in USSR in 1960s at the 1st Moscow Watch Factory. The case is so called crab or spider because of its lugs shape. It is the 1st automatic watch produced in USSR. Its mechanism contains 22 ruby jewels. The movement is mechanical and needs to be wound once a day. The watch is in a good condition. Case is polished up. It runs well and keeps time accurately as it has been serviced (cleaned, lubricated and calibrated) by a professional watchmaker. The watch has been serviced by a professional watchmaker: 1. All parts tested for wear 2. Broken ones have been replaced with good parts 3. All parts washed up in gasoline 4. The movement was put whole, then lubricated and calibrated 5. The case was polished up 6. A crystal has been polished up. Comes with a new leather strap.
