Most likely made here, where I found it, in Worcester MA. which historically has had a strong enamel on copper Arts & Crafts community. This piece features a crumped silver leaf?? under clear colored transparent squares. I see 3 line cracks in total on two black squares only, no chipping, no flakes on the top, clean complete edge all around. On the bottom base rim only, there are 3 tiny spots where the black enamel did not flow all the way down. Piece is not signed. This footed dish measures 8" across by 7 3/8" long with a 1 1/2" rise.
