Description: 1960’s Jaegar LeCoultre Manual Hand Wind Watch - Needs Service Please read before buying: This watch does wind & run however keeps bad time and stops after a couple of hours. It will require a full service. The bottom two lugs are also bent down and together which makes it very hard to take the caseback off. These could be straightened again however you’d have to be careful so they don’t snap. About the watch & condition: Here we have a nice Jaegar LeCoultre watch with a manual wind movement. As mentioned it does require a full service but once complete will be a great little watch.. More details below. This watch has a nice dial with a patina around the edge especially round the right half. Other than this the dials in good shape along with the crystal which could be cleaned up further with a polish. The case is stainless steel and looks good! There’s some light scratches and the issue with the lugs but other than that it looks fine. The crown is a Tissot crown but works and winds fine as you’d expect. It’s sat on a black leather strap which will fit a wrist of 7 3/4 Inches. It’s slightly small compared to the top lugs (correct lugs) the bottom two lugs have been bent downwards and together. This is just for the watch, there’s no box or paperwork. This is common with vintage watches unfortunately!
