The "NORTHWIND" was named after a Naval Ice Breaker that Joe was stationed on when he was in the Navy . Joe's friend Bill Jenkins helped with this car . This car was sold and turned into an Oval Track Racer and subsequently scrapped . This photo is made from the original.
