Description: This is an old, silver-colored (I think it's polished steel, but I'm not 100% sure), rather heavy metal commemorative coin, made as a 1960 Kennedy & Johnson campaign souvenir. The coin is about the size of a silver dollar -- it is 1 5/8" across. On the front are embossed pictures of John F. Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson, along with, "Kennedy and Johnson. The best men for the job." The backside has an embossed picture of a donkey, and "Vote in November. Put a Democrat back in the White House. Vote Democratic.". The coin is 64 years old, and it is in very-near-to- mint Condition, with just some very minor signs of wear. Buyer pays $2.00 shipping.
