Not sure how to list these as these were never touched so my guess is they are new. But 1959 may not be new so we went with used like everyother seller. This original set from the post-WWII era features all the greats from the sport of baseball. The set is in excellent condition with cards grading at a 8+ - NM level. This set has been in storage for over 50 years. Almost as good as brand new 10 rating. Always handled with gloves on. All the cards backs have the same condition, so I didn't feel the need to photograph all the backs of 80 cards.If you want to see the backs of certain or all of the cards, let me know and I'll post them. Each card in the set is from the card manufacturer Fleer, and features a unique design with great attention to detail. The set is a product of its time and a great way to appreciate the history of the sport. These aren't around anymore and this would be the time to get this set. We have decided to let this set go.
