Description: This is a 1957-D Wheat Penny with a unique Die Error on the reverse. As seen in picture 5, the left Wheat ear looks like it is almost melted down during the mint. Considering the rest of the ears look really nice, it could have been an add on by mistake? Regardless the Penny I would say is between F - VF Condition and is a lovely oddity for any penny lover to enjoy!
