Heroes All: A group of Washington State's winners of the Congressional Medal of Honor yesterday examined a plaque dedicated in their honor at Washelli's Veteran's Memorial Cemetery. The dedication was part of the annual Memorial Day observance at the cemetery. From left, in front, were Dexter J. Kerstetter, Bremerton; Willliam C. Horton, 6316 46th Av. S., and Arnold K. Bjorklun, Edmonds. In back were Demetri Corahorgi, Kirklo J. Jessie R. Drawley, Spokane, and Robert E. Bonney, Edmonds. A seventh medal winner, Robert E. Bush of South Bend, also attended the ceremonies. Thirty-one names are on the plaque. Clay Nixon, Seattle attorney, spoke at the plaque dedication. Charles P. Moriarty, United States attorney, gave the main Memorial Day address.
