There are no rips, tears, or writing. The binding is 2 staples which are intact and all the pages are tight. The staples have rusted some and have left some minor rust stains on some of the inside pages. The stains are visible in the pictures.On the cover the date 7/11/1956 is written on the cover in pencil. Also visible in the pictures. The 1957 book is the horizontal book with a picture of the Greenbriar on the cover and contains 32 pages.All the pages are clean. There are no rips, tears, or writing. The binding is 2 staples which are intact and all the pages are tight. The staples appear to be new and have been replaced. There are some minor rust stains on some of the inside pages. The stains are visible in the pictures.
