Description: 1955 RED MAN SAL MAGLIE #6 NL (NO TAB) VG/EX (TACK HOLE - READ/STATS) NY GIANTS I included a pic of Maglie's stats, because frankly they are arguably HOF-worthy stats! Check them out (4th picture)! Shipping Note: First off, as of this writing I do NOT have a top loader that is made for these 1950's RED MAN tobacco cards. I do have a few top loaders that may work, but no guarantees that I have one for this particular card. It depends on which cards sell sooner versus later. So, for lower cost and lower grade cards, I have been mostly using the eBay Standard Envelope (PWE) fortified with extra cardboard for card protection. If this is unacceptable then please do not purchase this card. Condition Note: 1. You obviously see the pin or tack hole (noted in the title). This card is from an estate sale in which EVERY CARD was either pinned or tacked to the wall. I don't know why people did that in the '50's and '60's, but they did! Oh well, at least the rest of the card is in really nice shape! 2. Overall CONDITION Notes: a. Despite the pin/tack hole, overall I personally would consider this card VG/EX. b. With that said, ALL condition assessments are to one degree or another subjective. So, when it comes to your decision to buy cards, the only opinion about condition that truly matters is yours! c. With that in mind, please use the closeup pictures that I have provided--YES, this is the actual card you are buying!--including using the "Hover" or "Zoom" feature provided by eBay for extra close-up views of the front and back of the card in order to come to your own conclusions about condition and purchase worthiness. d.
