1955 Men's Bulova 11AB "Senator A" Manual Wind

Description: 1955 Men's Bulova 11AB Manual Wind Watch This is a beautiful men's Bulova manual wind watch, manufactured in 1955 (the L5 stamped on the movement and on the case back indicates the year of manufacture). I found similar watches on the mybulova website, which indicate that the model of this watch is the "Senator A". The 17 jewel 11AB caliber movement has been cleaned and oiled, and the watch is keeping accurate time. The beautiful 10k R.G.P. (Rolled Gold Plate) case with shell patterns on the left and right sides has been cleaned and polished, and shows only a few surface scratches, and the slightest bit of gold loss on the tips of the lugs but no where else. The dial on this watch is in very good shape for its age - it has retained it's white color and has no missing paint, and has some tiny spots particularly in the lower right quadrant. A brand new apex (peaked) acrylic crystal has been installed. The 10k R.G.P. top caps expandable bracet that came with the watch remains, and is in good condition - it is structurally sound, has been cleaned and polished, and shows only minor gold loss on the edges of the links. Overall, the watch is in excellent condition and ready to wear!
