Description: This steering wheel was restored about ten years ago in white and black TuTone plastic. The condition is very good with only a few small blemishes. This TuTone Mercury Deluxe Accessory steering wheel is the top of the line for 1953. This is a very rare optional steering wheel that is much sought after. This wheel was restored in butyrate plastic, not paint. The white and black colors are separated by two small chrome rings. This is a complete steering wheel with horn ring and cap with all the small parts to mount the wheel. The cap has the Mercury logo in the center which is in excellent condition and is very hard to find like this. This would be an excellent addition to your Mercury or custom or Hot Rod.
