This attractive broadside signage includes cover art titled "SUITING HER SONS" by Richard Sargent. Richard Sargent was a prolific illustrator who painted 47 Saturday Evening Post covers from 1951 through 1962. An outstanding visual display with great Cold War content. Condition is considered GOOD with minimal surface/edge wear. Mild surface creasing with one small pinhole separation at mid-fold. Several very small fold edge tears (largest being approx. 1/8") with no chips. Colors are still bold, bright, & vibrant. Folded in quarters as issued. Overall appearance is very displayable by most standards (see photos). This rare poster would make a great early display for the discriminating SATURDAY EVENING POST, VINTAGE ADVERTISING and/or COLD WAR MEMORABILIA enthusiast.
