Description: This is a Very Good+ Condition Vintage 1950s Thin Women's (It was a young woman's South African High School Graduation Dance ball gown) Ball Dress White Base with Metal Gold Thread Designs. Handmade in South Africa with built in Petticoat. The top has a little extra fabric to allow it to be let out at the chest and waist, but probably not more than 1 1/2". The top appears to be double lined with cotton batting and inner velour liner. Note all the measurements above so you can decide if it will fit the recipient.
