Description: 1950s SHELBY MENS BICYCLE TANK AIRFLOW DONALD DUCK HIAWATHA HOT/RAT ROD BALLOON Click Photos to Enlarge Description Here is an old TANK which I believe fits bikes like Shelby/Hiawatha mens bicycles with 26x2.125" wheels. (I believe 1950s..... may fit 1940s-prewar/) Fits models with the Schwinn style cantalever type frame such as Donald Duck, Flying Cloud, Airflow, Gambles, Hiawatha, etc. This one is approx 17 1/2" from tip to tip. BE SURE to compare before you bid to be sure this will be right for you. UPDATE, I was told the Donald Duck tank is somewhat different. The tank is the most important part of a bike of this era and they are often missing. This can make a good bike into a GREAT bike! Shelby bikes are HOT right now! Original parts are best and hard to find!Includes both tank halves as shown and the screws. This was obviously repainted long ago. You can see SHELBY lettering if you look close on hte RH side. *NOTED FLAWS I got this one just like you see it. This is a good basis for something great!
