1950's Pontiac Chieftain 2 DR Sedan Dealer Promo Model Friction Car

Description: 1950s Pontiac SedanFriction Promo Car These old models always caught my wife's eye and she bought them no mater what. This is an all metal car with all the little metal tabs that all the tin toys had back then. There is paper tag on the bottom that the car should not sold to or given to children. Not sure why as it is a friction car where you push it on the ground several times to get the weight going then let go and it runs across the floor, not sure if they even make anything like that anymore what with all the battery powered stuff. The car is about 9 inches long and sort of a muted pink color. Being a Pontiac it has the distinctive chrome trim stripe down the middle of the hood and the back of the trunk lid. It is all metal of course except for the tires and they are some kind of plastic or rubber. It dose work as toy though just push on the floor a couple times to wind it up then let it go! Page Title
