It appears to be a matte finish, but I am not educated on photographic prints. The photo is a modern print, but the original image probably dates to the 1950s or so due to there being so many trees close to the front and a far less trafficked area around the entrance than there is today. The photo is in very good condition with no rips or tears and only some very light soiling, soiling to the rear as shown, and very light wear from age and cautious handling.
