These are often missing from bikes! This is one of those VERY noticeable details when they are not on your bike. Would need a total resto for show or enjoy it in its current unrestored ORIGINAL PAINT patina. Will fit your balloon tire bicycle that has 26x2.125" wheels. Shows lots of age and patina but just may clean up. You can see the Super Deluxe name. (may have been painted over and kind of worn off?) IF yours is missing, this can make a good bike look GREAT!
