Designed by Elizabeth Hilt of Westover Fashions, this treasure is a stylish woman's shirtwaist dress in Size 16 • Bust 34" • Waist 28" and Hip 37" with 13 complete pieces and instruction booklet. Pattern is complete and cut. Original design is a front-buttoned bodice feature raglan-like seams with tuck finish front and back. Three-quarter length sleeve or short, cuffed sleeve. Convertible neckline. Rounded collar, cuffs of short sleeve version, and diagonal set-in pockets of skirt top-stitched. Slim skirt has walking pleat in back.
